Jazz will be located on Barrington Street immediately next door to Spice (see aerial photo). The complex will consist of approximately 62 units – 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom plus den, and 2 bedroom, ranging in size from 730 sq. ft. – 1040 sq. ft.
Jazz will benefit from ICF construction and state of the art heating systems to keep heating costs to the absolute minimum.
