Warranty Information
All of the workmanship and materials which we supply to your home are warranted by Polycorp for the first year that you own your home. In addition, you can relax knowing that all of our homes are covered by either the LUX or the Atlantic Home Warranty programs. The warranty programs cover major structural defects, as defined by the carriers’ websites, for at least seven years, depending on the program. The warranties remain in effect from the date you take possession of your home until the end of the warranty period, even if you sell or otherwise transfer title to your home.
