Layout “B” is our most popular layout — and for good reason. This 1,340 sf suite offers lots of flexibility to meet your needs.
A couple working from home? Having both a second bedroom and den gives you each a separate space to work. Living on your own? This spacious suite gives you plenty of room to live, work, and entertain. Two roommates looking for the perfect setup? This layout has large bedrooms flanking either side of the living area, providing ample privacy — and you each have your own bathroom.
On top of that, the large u-shaped kitchen has miles of granite countertop, four appliances, and oodles of storage (including a big pantry full of shelves).
Add in enough room for a dining table that can seat 8 people, a surprisingly large storage room, in-suite laundry, your own balcony, a solarium to set up as you wish, and all the benefits of a south exposure (loads of natural light!)…you’ve got a great space to call your own.
