Minas Basin side 3 bedrooms! Or a 2-bed + den (with a window & closet) awaits! One of the benefits of a corner suite is a den with a window. And at 10′ x 10′ with a closet too…well, this is easily a three bedroom suite.
On top of that, this suite is situated on the Minas Basin end of the building – and these don’t come up very often. Here are some more features of this great suite:
The primary and secondary bedrooms are large; each able to accommodate a king sized bed if need be. Enjoy a split bathroom for lots of privacy: one section houses the soaker tub and shower, closed off from section two with the sink and toilet.
In the main living area, stretch out in a combination living and dining space that boasts plenty of room for a dining table & sideboard, and all the furniture that makes a living room your own.
Step into your lovely kitchen complete with rich birch cupboards, beautiful granite countertops and a breakfast bar overlooking the main living area. The family chef will enjoy lots of cupboard space, a big pantry and four appliances.
Your in-suite laundry and storage room with built-in shelves gives you ample space to store your belongings.
All told, you have over 1200 sf of room for living. You also have one of the largest balconies of the community with this suite, and an a/c unit will be provided for when the weather gets warmer next year.
